This release adds private planning and a protected way to prepare video-message handover, alongside clearer account, sharing and administration tools.
Personal planning and memories
- Record private last wishes and answer 20 optional questions about funeral preferences, with an overview and a printable summary of your answers.
- Continue or restart life-story work with a simpler interview, and use a more compact personal planning list.
Video messages
- Prepare delivery of selected video messages through named trusted contacts. Accepting the task alone does not give a contact access to the videos.
- Choose how a share link is protected, manage authorized email addresses, and delete video messages with confirmation.
Accounts and guidance
- Find clearer account and administration areas, including confirmed account deletion and protected share management. Administrators can manage the public explainer video.
- See more helpful page-loading feedback and clearer information on the public home page.
Trust and privacy
- Last wishes and funeral answers remain in your private account area.
- Trusted contacts must use the protected confirmation process before any prepared video handover takes effect.
